Operator
The company HTC INVESTMENTS a.s., ID number: 31 342 141, registered office: Lamačská cesta 3/B, 841 04 Bratislava (hereinafter referred to as the “Operator” or “we”) is the operator of all information systems in which personal data is processed, and which processes in accordance with the relevant legal regulations.
The operator proceeds with the processing of personal data in accordance with the relevant legal regulations of the Slovak Republic and with the legislation of the European Union, while paying maximum attention to the protection of the privacy of the persons concerned and the protection of their personal data provided to him and which he processes.
Reasons for processing personal data
The processing of obtained and provided personal data is part of the activity of the Operator. Without providing personal data and without processing it, your clients, or he could not provide his services to other affected persons or fulfill his legal obligations to the required extent.
Basis for personal data processing
Current legislation allows the Operator to process personal data on the basis of several legal bases. The processing of personal data takes place mainly on the basis of a legal regulation (that is, even without the consent of the person concerned) or on the basis of the consent of the person concerned.
Processing personal data on the basis of the law means that even without your consent we can process your personal data for the purposes of performing our activities or fulfilling our obligations. The basis for such processing of your personal data is the relevant legal regulations applicable to our activity (service).
If there is no legal reason for processing personal data without your consent, we process your personal data only on the basis of your consent.
Disclosure of data to third parties
The personal data processed by us may also be processed by third parties, provided that this is necessary for the fulfillment of our obligation to you, our clients, the provision of our services or the fulfillment of our obligations. When choosing these partners, we always ensure that a high standard of protection of your personal data is guaranteed.
The personal data of the person concerned may be processed in the countries of the European Union and countries that are parties to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The transfer of personal data can only take place to third countries whose legal regime is considered by the European Commission to ensure an adequate level of personal data protection.
Handling of personal data
The operator processes your personal data either manually or using electronic systems. The operator has taken all necessary and necessary measures, not only of a technical but also of a personnel and control nature, so that the level of protection of your personal data is as high as possible.
Rights of the data subject
The person concerned has the right to:
a/ to request from the operator access to personal data concerning the person concerned,
b/ to correct or delete, or limit the processing of personal data,
c/ to object to the processing of personal data,
d/ on portability of personal data,
e/ file a complaint or proposal to initiate proceedings to the supervisory authority, which is the Office for Personal Data Protection,
f/ revoke your consent to the processing of personal data at any time.
